A Member of the Homeless Movement fires a firework during a protest against the shortage and rationing of water in Sao Paulo, Brazil on September 25, 2014. The city of Sao Paulo is going through it's biggest water crisis in history, and reservoirs which supply the city has registered critical levels since the beginning of the year.
