A protester holds a cardboard sign reading 'One for all, and justice for all'. Women from the collective NousToustes and other organizations such as SUD or Amnesty International organize a nationwide march in France against feminicides, sexual and sexist violence, and patriarchy. Several thousand people, both women and men, take to the streets for this day. They demand more resources from the French government to protect women who are beaten, injured, or killed by their partners. They state that 65% of killed women had approached the police to make a complaint, but the police classified the complaints. They also ask for better police training to pay attention to these complaints. Feminist organizations demand at least EUR2.6 billion per year as necessary to tackle violence against women. In 2023, more than 270,000 women are victims of violence by their partners. This event takes place in Toulouse, France, on November 22, 2025.

A protester holds a cardboard sign reading 'Macron resignation'. Called by all trade unions united, thousands of people take to the streets in Toulouse, France, on September 10, against Macron's economic policies after a day called 'Bloquons tout' (Block everything). It launches at the beginning of the summer on social networks against Macron's politics: downsizing the welfare state to cut taxes for businesses, increasing the Defense budget and Interior Ministry, and his choice of conservative Sebastien Lecornu as the new Prime Minister. His pro-business stance angers French people who blockade everywhere in France on September 10. A gathering and a march are authorized by the Prefect of Occitanie. The Prefect decides to forbid the gathering called by the CGT union and the march one and a half hours before the beginning. Riot police charge and clash violently with peaceful protesters and CGT unionists using tear gas and pepper spray in Toulouse, France, on October 2, 2025.

A woman holds a cardboard sign reading 'One library opened, a jail closed'. As Macron says France must be put on a 'war economy', French regions, departments, and city councils make drastic cuts in their budgets. Hundreds of people gather first in front of the town hall of Toulouse, the Capitole, to perform a die-in in red and black before gathering with other sectors behind the town hall. They make drastic cuts in all cultural arts, leisure centers, libraries, community youth clubs, and are laying off people. In Toulouse, some libraries, theaters, and youth community centers will close next year. Students and protesters say that instead of increasing military spending, they should preserve culture and social services from the deepening cuts. In Toulouse, France, on March 27, 2025.
