A woman is walking as snow falls at the streets of Svilengrad, Bulgaria on January 11, 2017. Snow paralyse Bulgaria. The snow reached 40 - 70 sm at different places, the movement is restricted and in some regions are blocked. There are a lot of villages without water, electricity with a little food. The temperatures of the air reached -10 celsius and in that fact some of big rivers along the country are frozen. The people in the Bulgarian border town of Svilengrad, some 260 eastern from the capital of Sofia, have never seen winter like this on January 11, 2017
