A young man holds a placard reading 'Stop to the A69'. Extinction Rebellion (XR) Toulouse organized a sit-in of women in one of the most frequented street of Toulouse. Called 'Mothers'Rebellion', the sit-in involved women concerned by climate, change, planet boundaries, the 6th extinction. They want to raise awareness about the climate change and the future of her children, nephews, grand-children, cousins, brothers, etc. as states don't do enough to fight for a living future for all. Red Rebels were also prensents. For them, goverments don't really care about pollution, climate and the 6th extinction to continue the 'business as usal'. The sit-in is one of the events during an european week of protests organised by XR. Toulouse. France. September 16th 2023.

A young man holds a pplacard reading 'Stop to the Azeri-Turkish aggression'. Toulouse's Armenians staged a march for Armeniai and the Nagorno-Karabakh. They also wanted to raise awareness about the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. Depiste calls by the Minsk Group (France, Russsia and USA) for an immediate ceasefire to avert a wider war in the South Caucasus, the war betwen Armenia and Azerbaijan continues to escalate. Turkey, a close alley to Azerbaijan, could be sucked in the conflict as Russia which has a defence pact with Armenia. A man holds a placard reading 'Goodbye children' in a reference to a film titled 'Au revoir les enfants' on young jews deported to Deutschland during the WWII. The collective RESF (Reseau Education Sans Frontieres ie Education Without Borders Network) organized a gathering in font of the Prefecture of Haute-Garonne to ask the Prefet to stop all evictions of children and their families as French laws say that every child must be educated regardless of their situation (even if the child has not papers).
