Dome home was created to eliminating the trauma of residents to the earthquake in Yogyakarta in 2006. Currently, the village has a dome 80 housing units with a total of 73 familly cards with four family members every single home dome. Majority of the residents work in the village is a farmer. This time the village has become a tourist village frequented by tourists because of the unique shape of the dome house had name Teletubies village. This dome houses was created in various countries in Asia such as Thailand, Kenya and India.

This time the village has become a tourist village frequented by tourists because of the unique shape of the dome house and had name Teletubies village. This dome houses was created in various countries in Asia such as Thailand, Kenya and India.

This village is home to residents affected by the earthquake in Yogyakarta in Ngelepen village in 2006. After the Yogyakarta earthquake in 2006, Indonesia received assistance donation by Mohammad Ali Alabar from Dubai and Domes For The World Foundation. This help given is dome-shaped house. The home made round like the dome to withstand an earthquake, fire and wind. Construction of the one dome homes spent $ 4000 dollars. The dome houses to withstand earthquakes, wind and fire because it has a foundation 20 cm at ground level and covered with iron frame numbering up to 200 iron frame and has a diameter of 7 meters and a height of 4.6 meters to a dome home. Dome home was created to eliminating the trauma of residents to the earthquake in Yogyakarta in 2006.
