Runner Benson Kipruto from Kenya passes the 16th mile point of the 2025 New York City Marathon in New York, N.Y., Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025. Kipruto finished in 2:08.09 in adding the New York title to previous wins at Tokyo, Chicago and Boston. Runners Alexander Mutiso of Kenya and Patrick Dever of the United Kingdom flank Kipruto.
