Demonstrators and other anti-abortion activists continue to celebrate the Dobbs v. JWHO opinion, but are pressing for a nationwide ban on abortion. The Dobbs decision revoked the federal right to access abortion and reproductive healthcare. It left regulation of abortion to the states, roughly half of which have severely restricted or banned access completely.
