An artist is completing a watercolor painting of the world's largest rubber duck in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on September 16, 2023. The giant rubber duck is returning to the city of Toronto as part of the Redpath Waterfront Festival. The massive duck, standing six stories tall and weighing 30,000 pounds, first appeared in Toronto in 2017 and attracted over 750,000 people to Toronto's Waterfront.
