Batman cosplay joins the Italian Army panel in Lucca Comics & Games in Lucca, Italy, on October 28, 2022. HOPE is not a wish, but the certainty of an idea, of a vision becoming reality. It is with this spirit that Lucca Comics & Games, Italy's largest fair dedicated to the world of comics and games, returns from October 28 to November 1 to offer the community of communities the best that publishing and creative industries have to offer. Comics, manga, games, video games, TV series, anime, cosplay, fantasy fiction, a big party for fans of the genre. The 2022 edition has already entered the history of the event. In fact, the all-time record for ticket sales, which dated back to 2016 and stood at 271,208 tickets, was broken during the presale. Experts speak of more than 500,000 attendees over the five days of the festival are to be expected.

A large truck commemorating the 30th anniversary of the 1984 massacre with the image of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale (a controversial figure in Indian history whom the Sikhs consider to be a great martyr and is regarded by others as a militant figure).There are other images of Sikh martyrs along with descriptions to commemorate the 1984 storming of the Golden Temple by the Indian army and to pay homage to the thousands of Sikhs who were killed in an apparent revenge attack instigated by members of the ruling Congress party and sparked by the assassination of the Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Canadian Sikhs commemorated the 30th anniversary of the 1984 massacres and attended this Nagar Kirtan to celebrate Vaisakhi in Malton, Ontario, Canada.

Commander Andrei is trying to do his best to assure security in Krasnogorovka. But again here, without the help of volunteers and the NGOs, his effort would be very limited. On April 6 2015, we visit Krasnogorovka. What we saw is the evident beginning of a serious humanitarian crisis. People living in unhealthy conditions, surround by mountains of rubbish, deficient water system, no windows, electricity, etc. We visit the city with the help of Pastor Vladimir Ivanov, director of the NGO « Good News Church ». Krasnogorovka is under control of Ukrainian army and it is a small suburb west of the separatist stronghold city of Donetsk. If the city is calmed, population on the limit of the town have to be aware of the presence of snipers 800 meters away in the separatist zone. Pastor Ivanov go to Krasnogorovka once a week to bring food, clothes, candy for kids in a city that is let to itself. We saw elderly people starving from having not eat for several days. I even spoke to a mother of three children who has absolutely any income beside the humanitarian aids that the Pastor and other donors are bringing to the town. The photos of this reportage show the living condition of a population who already suffer a lot from a war that no one can predict when it is going to end.
