On the evening of August 27, China Evergrande disclosed the semi-annual report performance of 2023, in the first half of 2023, China Evergrande's income was about 128.18 billion yuan, gross profit was about 9.8 billion yuan, gross profit margin was 7.64%, operating loss during the period was 17.38 billion yuan, non-operating loss was 15.03 billion yuan, and income tax expenditure was 6.84 billion yuan. The net loss totaled 39.25 billion yuan. As of June 30, 2023, China Evergrande's total debt was 2,388.2 billion yuan.
