The youths, who surround Singha Durbar a day earlier, reach Baluwatar in protest, demanding reforms and a meeting with Prime Minister Sushila Karki. Police remove them from the road, leading to a short period of pushing and tension between the two sides. Dhungana and his group stage daily demonstrations.
