A shopkeeper arranges curios at a souvenir shop in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, on August 25, 2025. India's foreign minister says that trade negotiations with Washington continue, but there are lines that New Delhi needs to defend, just days before hefty additional U.S. tariffs are due to hit. Indian goods face additional U.S. tariffs of up to 50%, among the highest imposed by Washington, due to its increased purchases of Russian oil. A 25% tariff already comes into effect, while the remaining 25% is set to be enforced from August 27.

Blue Moon in the sky of Molfetta, Italy on August 23, 2021. After the shooting stars of the night of San Lorenzo, the August sky gave another spectacle: the night of the Blue Moon. Its name has nothing to do with the color of our satellite, but only a curiosity of the calendar, defined like the third full moon of a season that hosts four. An unusual but not rare event, which repeats approximately every two and a half years: the next will be in 2024.

Polignano Off During Christmas Season. On the occasion of the Christmas holidays, in Polignano a Mare the lights of Salerno were set up to try to attract the flow of tourists, who already normally crowds the town in summer, even in winter. The Christmas event, however, is at the center of the controversy for the installation of turnstiles that regulate access to the historic center on payment of a 5 euro card, which can be converted into 3 tickets for the withdrawal of typical products.Access to the historic center in November was free except for weekends, but during the week the village presented itself with the lights installed but off, a few curious families strolled with their children, admired the attractions but there was that magic, you had to wait for the weekend to be able to turn on, upon payment.
