Dutch MP Pieter Omtzigt (CDA) accused finance minister Jeroen Dijssebloem (not pictured) on Twitter of lying about being surprised about a 642 million Euro EU surcharge. The surcharge is the result of a new, internationally used calculation method with includes income added to GDP from prostitution and the sale of illegal substances. The Dutch have until December 1st to complete payment to Burssels.
