Members of the NYPD Crime Scene Unit work at the scene and mark evidence where a 39-year-old man is fatally shot multiple times at 84-14 Rockaway Beach Boulevard in Rockaway Beach, Queens, New York, United States, on August 6, 2025. On Wednesday evening at approximately 7:48 PM, police respond to 84-14 Rockaway Beach Boulevard within the confines of the 100 Precinct in Rockaway Beach, Queens, New York. Upon arrival, officers observe a 39-year-old male victim with multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen. EMS responds and transports the victim to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center where he is pronounced dead. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending proper family notification.
