Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen Lisovyi is attending the signing of the agreement on the construction of new school shelters in Kyiv, Ukraine, on January 25, 2024. The European Union is allocating EUR 15 million to build new school shelters in Ukraine, and Lithuania is granting an additional EUR 0.5 million. The project is being carried out by Lithuania's Central Project Management Agency.
