Peter Urscheler, part-time mayor of the Borough of Phoenixville, stands on the back of a stationary caboose, located at the former train station in Phoenixville, PA, on august 21, 2018. The Colombia Station currently houses an event venue. To promote and secure it's recent economic uprising a community group announced plans for a rail extension to connect the borough in Chester County with the city of Philadelphia, 28 miles to the southeast.
