A 4-year-old boy sustains a stab wound to the chest and is transported to Stroger Hospital, where he is pronounced dead. A 10-year-old boy sustains a stab wound to the right arm and is transported to Stroger Hospital in serious condition. A 13-year-old girl sustains multiple stab wounds to the face, chest, and back; she is transported to Stroger Hospital and is in critical condition.
