A cotton wool vendor observes an expert's work through a fence after a major fire broke out at the San Sebastian Shoe Bazaar in Tulyehualco, Xochimilco, during the COVID-19 health emergency and the orange epidemiological traffic light in Mexico City. According to reports from local authorities, a short circuit apparently caused the fire, which burned an area of approximately 500 meters. Clothes and shoes were reduced to ashes. Firefighters from the capital city responded to the emergency and after two hours of work brought the situation under control.
