On May 11, 2024, a Greater Coucal was spotted in Tehatta, West Bengal, India, searching for food and water during a heatwave.

Asian Koel (Eudynamys scolopaceus) is a bird of the Cuckoo order bird family. This bird is mainly found in the Indian Subcontinent, China, and Southeast Asia.
