The Government reimposed the Enhanced Community Quarantine in NCR Bubble including the province of Rizal, Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan from March 29 to April 4, 2021 due to massive daily counts of COVID-19 in Philippines. As of March 28, the country reported 9,475 new cases with 721,891 total of COVID-19 cases and total death of 13,170.

Sisig store located at Antipolo City, Philippines, on July 26, 2020 are now operating after announcing ECQ last March and because of this, many of small and big businesses began to bankrupt. According to them, the level of changes in their business income became lower because of the lockdown.
