Customers experience the newly released ET5T model at a NIO pop-up store in Shanghai, China, August 4, 2023. Nio signed a share subscription agreement with cyvn holdings, an ABU Dhabi investment vehicle. According to the agreement, cyvn holdings will make a total strategic investment of approximately $1.1 billion in NIO through a private placement of new shares and the transfer of old shares.
