Electric scooters lie on the riverbed in the drought-affected Vistula River in Warsaw, Poland, on July 6, 2025. Measurements from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) show that Vistula's water level at the Warsaw-Bulwary station drops to just 13 centimeters, breaking the previous record of 20 cm set in September 2023.
