On Monday afternoon at approximately 1:37 PM, police respond to a 911 call of an assault inside 108-33 157 Street and find 15-month-old Charlie Ramraykha unconscious and unresponsive and a 28-year-old woman identified as Nicole Boodhai with self-inflicted slash wounds to her wrists. EMS responds and transports both individuals to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where 15-month-old Charlie Ramraykha is pronounced dead. 28-year-old Nicole Boodhai is listed in stable condition.
