Kuth Thida, 28, a Cambodian national currently seeking asylum in South Korea, participates in a rally in front of the Cambodian Embassy in Seoul, South Korea, on October 23, 2025, calling for the Cambodian government to uphold the Paris Peace Agreements and restore democracy. Thida's six family members--her parents, two younger sisters, and two younger brothers--are reportedly detained in Cambodia following her participation in a previous demonstration held at Bosingak in central Seoul on September 14, 2025. Her family resides in Kampong Cham, about 150 kilometers from Phnom Penh.
