Few workers who will work at night are resting while others are working during day at a brick field in Haripur, Sylhet, Bangladesh on February 28, 2015. Winter is the season when almost all the brick fields around the country except automatic brick fields prepares bricks for the whole year. During the monsoon preparation of bricks is not possible. Therefore, during winter hundreds from all over the country shifts their location to get job in the brick fields. Here is a compilation of many photos from a brick field of Haripur, Sylhet, Bangladesh. All the brick fields now are battling to finish burning their molded bricks since the monsoon is just knocking at the door.
