Frederic Oladeinde, Commissioner for Transport, Lagos State (third left), and other riders during the Lagos State Government 2022 World Car Free Day held at Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria on Sunday, September 25 2022. The state government said it has included bicycle parking lot in some of its road infrastructure in order to encourage non-motorized transport plan.
