Female float bearers, known as 'Costaleras', of the Cristo del Trabajo (Christ of Work) become emotional as the church doors open for the procession of the Hermandad del Trabajo y Luz (Brotherhood of the Work and Light) during Holy Monday of Holy Week in Granada, Spain, on March 30, 2026. During Holy Week, prior to Easter, towns and cities in Spain, particularly in Andalusia, feature Catholic groups taking to the streets in processions to commemorate the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
