Iranian boy pulls an Alam during a procession during the Mourning of Muharram religious holiday in Qom, Iran on September 19, 2018. Mourning of Muharram lasts ten days and marks the death of Imam Hussain (grandson of Mohamad) and his family, it is the most important religious holiday for Shia Muslim. Alams are mobile symbolic altars which faithful men carry in a procession. They can weight even 300 kg.
