They split the meat into three parts: one for family, one for friends and relatives, and one for the poor and needy. Authorities disallow Eid prayers at Kashmir's main Jamia Masjid (Grand Mosque) for the seventh consecutive year. However, in other parts of Kashmir, prayers are offered in mosques and shrines.
