Kashmiri Muslims gather around the body of 16 year old rebel Fardeen Ahmad Khandey, killed after he carried a suicide attack yesterday, on Indian paramilitary camp, during his funeral on January 1, 2018, in Tral, south of Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian administered Kashmir, India. The two days long gun battle ended on Monday with the killing of five Indian paramilitary troopers and three militants holed up inside the Centeral Reserve Police Force camp also serves as training centre for Indian government forces inducted for counter-insurgency operations in the Kashmir Valley. In a pre dawn rebels carried a suicide attack on their camp, in Pulwama district of south Kashmir, officials said. Local rebels of Jaish-e- Mohammed militant organization carried out a suicide attack.
