Lamba development, a private investment and management of real estate company, is supposed to build a world class Metropolitan Park in Athens, Attica, Greece, private houses and the enhancement of the Coastal Front, both of them will be accessible from the public. CAS rules 5% of Hellinikon investment of “archaeological interest” and it blocks also very high buildings, CAS is Greece’s Central Archaeological Council and declared 300 stremmata (about 30 hectares) of of Hellinikon investment plot as archaeological site. Foreign investors and EU are pushing pressure to the Greek Government to overcome bureaucratic obstacles so they will start soon building.
