Leader of Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev (2-R) shake hand,during the meeting of the Ukrainian Parliament, in Kiev,Ukraine, 06 October,2015. The Verkhovna Rada (the Ukrainian Parliament) has made changes to some legislative acts of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and allowed to serve foreigners and stateless persons, and at the same time strengthening the responsibility for mercenary activities.
