Marcel Kittel (Center) from Quick-Step Floors team, discusses with other riders as awaiting for the start to the fourth stage in Hatta, just minutes before the Race Management have decided to cancel the Stage 4 due to the poor current weather conditions. Originally, the Westin stage, the 172 km fourth stage of Tour of Dubai 2017, was set up to start from DIMS - Dubai International Marina Club, and finish near Hatta Dam. But, due to the weather conditions and the forecast with most of the route being due to take place across the desert, the Race Management have decided to modify the route of Stage 4, and start from Hatta.
