Calcium channel blocker tablets Diltiazem/Dilzem are unavailable in German pharmacies in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, on November 27, 2025, following delivery problems with statins on the German pharmaceutical market a few weeks ago. Diltiazem is a drug used to treat heart conditions such as angina pectoris (chest pain due to insufficient oxygen supply to the heart muscle) and high blood pressure.
