Yemenis shout slogans during a rally in solidarity and honor of the Oct. 8 airstrikes' victims outside the funeral hall, in Sanaa, Yemen, Oct. 15, 2016. The Saudi-led coalition declared responsibility of deadly hotel bombing in Yemen, blaming miscommunication and promising revision of airstrike procedures and compensation of victims, Saudi Press Agency reported. The announcement came as part of the findings of the Joint Incidents Assessment Team (JIAT) that initiated an investigation into the Oct, 8 ceremony hall bombing. At least 140 people were killed and more than 500 others injured when two airstrikes by Saudi-led coalition warplanes hit a mourning ceremony in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa on Oct. 8.
