A 31-year-old woman identified as Jessica Hoyle is shot in the head and pronounced dead at 3442 Mickle Avenue in Williamsbridge, Bronx, New York, United States, on April 1, 2025. On Tuesday evening at approximately 11:07 PM, police respond to a 911 call of an assault in progress inside 3442 Mickle Avenue, in the Williamsbridge section of Bronx, New York. Upon arrival, officers observe a 31-year-old woman identified as Jessica Hoyle with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS responds and pronounces the victim dead on the scene. The NYPD Crime Scene Unit, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and detectives converge on the scene. There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
