People are walking while journalists are reporting from the top of a bus, and vehicles are parked inside the bus stand in Baramulla. Normal life is being affected in the entire Kashmir valley as all commercial vehicles remain off the roads on Tuesday in protest against the implementation of the new ''hit-and-run law'' under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, India, on January 9, 2024.
