Lemurs are seen in the Aquarium of São Paulo. Lemur or lemur refers to any species of the infraorder Lemuriformes, all of them arboreal, endemic to the island of Madagascar. They resemble the apes, in appearance and habits, but are endowed with a muzzle reminiscent of the fox, large eyes, wooly fur, very soft, and usually long and hairy tail.

International Animal Rescue (IAR) release 34 Javan slow lorises (Nycticebus javanicus) to their original habitat at Tampomas conservation forest in Sumedang, West Java, Indonesia on January 20, 2019. The West Java's unique species rescued from illegal Coucang traders last week. Javan slow lorises (Nycticebus javanicus) are protected primates and yet are heavily trafficked in the wildlife trade.
