Nepali Communist Party Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Co-coordinator Madhav Kumar Nepal, and leaders Jhala Nath Khanal, Bamdev Gautam, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, among others, participate in the unification ceremony. Coordinator Dahal and Rawal reach a seven-point agreement. The agreement is also signed by Co-coordinator Nepal, along with both leaders. It is agreed that Rawal will be the sixth-ranking leader in the Nepali Communist Party.
