Refugees protect themselves from the rain under a survival blanket. The NGO D.A.L. (Droit Au Logement: Right to Housing) organized an happening in front of the Prefecture of Haute-Garonne with 4200 rag dolls. The 4200 rag dolls symbolize the 4200 homeless people counted in the city of Toulouse. They ask that every homeless people in Toulouse is housed in a shelter before the winter break on Dec. 1st. Toulouse. France. October 31th 2019.
