Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) speaks during a press conference on the Protecting Children's Innocence Act. The proposed bill would prohibit the administration and teaching of gender-affirming healthcare to minors. It also would prhibit the use of federal funds for gender-affirming care, including federal subsidies to private plans providing coverage. The bill has little chance of passing.
