Activists from Attac, Extinction Rebellion, Les amis de la terre and the Confédération paysane unfurled a large banner bearing the words "STOP CETA" while on 22 February 2020 President Emmanuel Macron inaugurated the Salon de l'Agriculture 2020 (SIA 2020), which is held at Porte de Versailles in Paris, some activists tried to disrupt the visit, including anti-CETA environmental groups, and Yellow Vests including leader Eric Drouet, who was arrested by the police.
