Sim Nititadarul, Director General of the Bang Kapi District Electoral Commission, reports the inability of the Electoral Commission to open the Polling Station at Bang Kapi to Vatcharapong Damrongsri, Chief of Police at Lat Phrao Police Station, Bang Kapi, Lat Phrao Police Station, Bang Kapi, Bangkok, Thailand. One week before the Thailand general election, scheduled for February 2nd, 2014, anti-Government protesters blocked access to polling stations, preventing registered voters from casting advance votes in the majority of the 50 district polling stations in the Bangkok Metropolitan area.
