January 21st, Nijmegen. The lunar eclipse began on the 21 of January 2019, at around 5.41 AM. The bloody moon was most visible at around 6.12 in the morning. The weather conditions during the eclipse were very favorable in pretty much all of the Netherlands with clear skies.

The Micro Blood Moon are seen in the sky of Jakarta from Planetarium and Observatory of Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta, on Saturday, july 28, 2018. The Micro Blood Moon is a lunar eclipse that occurs when the moon is in the furthest distance from the Earth, or called apogee, so it looks smaller than Super Blood Moon that occurs when the moon is in the closest distance to the Earth, or perigee. This lunar eclipse is also the longest lunar eclipse in the 21st century, because it lasts in 107 minutes, from 02:30-04:13.
