The Court of Milan has ordered Fisi, through a precautionary order, to 'refrain from concluding new sponsorship contracts with third parties for the sports seasons up to 2026, for the use by its members of goods with trademarks other than those owned by BasicItalia spa'. BasicItalia, with the Kappa brand, has dressed the athletes of Fisi for years.
