HANGZHOU, CHINA - FEBRUARY 22, 2023 - Photo taken on Feb 22, 2023 shows a Bentley car on sale in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang province. Bentley plans to end production of 12-cylinder engines in April 2024, according to a Bentley official. Bentley said the discontinuation of the 12-cylinder engine is part of the Beyond100 strategy and is the latest step in the transition to pure electric vehicles. Bentley plans to invest 2.5 billion pounds over the next 10 years to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. Bentley plans to launch one pure electric vehicle every year from 2025, with a total of five models, before transforming into a pure electric luxury car brand by 2030.

Activists gathered outside the Pure Words Baptist Church in Houston, Texas Sunday morning, June 11, 2023, to publicly draw attention to the church's calls for violence against the LGBT+ community as well as a host of other groups. Dr. David Michael Smith, one of the demonstration's organizers, went on the record saying, ''we cannot accept so-called Christians calling for genocide, and we cannot accept armed neo-Nazis showing up to support these calls. 'Never again' means never again, and it is time for democratically-minded people from all walks of life to oppose the growing threat of fascism in this country.'' The groups in attendance plan on continuing to demonstrate outside the Pure Words Baptist Church's congregation every Sunday indefinitely.
