The head banner reads 'Against an austerity budget'. Called by all trade unions united, dozens of thousands of people take to the streets in Toulouse, France, on September 18, 2025, against Macron's economics after a day called 'Bloquons tout' (Block everything) on September 10. It launches at the beginning of the summer on social networks against Macron's politics: downsizing the welfare state to cut taxes for businesses, rising the Defense budget and Interior ministry, and his choice of conservative Sebastien Lecornu as the new Prime Minister. His pro-business stance angers French people who blockade everywhere in France for September 10. Riot police are ordered to be without any tolerance towards blockades and use volleys of tear gas canisters. After blockading, people come to protest and scuffle with riot police.
