Ohio residents Tim and Roberta Schenkel visit Warm Mineral Springs Park in North Port, Florida, on February 7, 2025. With an average temperature of 85 degrees F (29.4 degrees C), Warm Mineral Springs is the only warm water mineral spring in the State of Florida. The park, which is popular with Eastern Europeans, particularly Ukrainians and Russians, attracts over 150,000 visitors annually who soak in its mineral waters for their therapeutic and healing properties.
