Medical volunteers and staff work in a field hospital in Iskenderun, Turkey after one of the city's main hospitals was heavily damaged in the Feb. 6 earthquakes. Volunteers who came from other cities in Turkey to help run the hospital since many staff were themselves affected by the earthquake. In Iskenderun, the earthquake damaged numerous homes, hospitals and infrastructure and killed an unknown number of people. Government officials have declared the overall death toll in Turkey to be over 45,000.
