Members of the United States Marshal Service Regional Fugitive Task Force gather at the scene following the arrest of a 62-year-old man identified as Audwin Caines on West 142nd Street in Harlem, Manhattan, New York, United States, on July 15, 2025. The suspect is wanted in four separate incidents, including the murder of a 45-year-old woman, the attempted murder of a 21-year-old woman, criminal mischief to a vehicle, and another attempted murder case. Audwin Caines is apprehended in the confines of the 32nd precinct by the U.S. Marshal's Service Regional Fugitive Task Force and arrested by the New York City Police Department in the confines of the 113th precinct.
